- For last-minute reservations, please message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request

2. Color Match & Confirm
- Our team reviews your images and responds within 24–48 hours to confirm your selected shade is an absolute, flawless match. Your hair is shipped directly to you or delivered to your hairstylist, prepped before your day.

Rental Policies
- Hair must be returned within 3 days. $50 late fee, per day, applies for additional days after.
- Refrain from sleeping or swimming with clip ins or matting of the hair. May result in replacement cost if damaged.
- Damage or loss = full replacement cost
Clip-In Hair Extension Rentals
Our 20-inch clip-in extensions are available to rent for $150. Please note that a $150 credit card authorization hold is required at the time of rental; this hold will be fully released once the extensions are returned in their original condition.
Return Policy & Grace Period
Extensions must be dropped off and scanned/accepted by the mail carrier within our 3-day post-wedding grace period. If the hair is not shipped back within this time frame, we will assume you've decided to keep them, and the credit card on file will be charged the full purchase amount outlined in your rental contract.
How far in advance should I reserve hair?
To be sure your color and length is available, please book at least 14 business days prior to your wedding day. For custom requests, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
What happens after I reserve the extensions?
You'll receive a response within 24-48 hours for your color match consultation via email or text, your preference.
Disclaimer: Your uploaded hair images must be the same color you plan to wear for your event day. If you plan on changing your hair color after reserving extensions, please send us a message letting us know you'll be sending updated hair photos after your appointment.
How are the hair extensions sanitized?
Our hair extensions undergo a rigorous, multi-step sanitation process between every rental to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. After each return, the hair is thoroughly washed with a clarifying treatment to remove all styling buildup and oils, followed by an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfection of clips. The extensions are deeply conditioned, completely blow-dried and sealed. You can wear your rental with absolute confidence, knowing it has been fully prepped, sanitized, and handled with the strict cleanliness protocols.
What is the total cost of renting?
The rental fee is $150. At the time of booking, we also place a temporary $150 authorization hold on your card. This hold acts as a security deposit and is fully released once the extensions are returned on time and in good condition, free of major damage or loss.
