Return Policy

Due to the personal and customized nature of hair extensions, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns once products have been shipped.

Clip-In Extensions
For hygiene reasons, clip-in extensions cannot be returned if they have been removed from packaging, worn, styled, or altered in any way, including cutting or heat styling. Similar to personal-use items, once tried, they cannot be resold.
