All clip-in hair extension purchases are strictly Final Sale. If you need to swap your shade or length, you may submit an exchange request within 14 days of delivery. However, if the signature Security Lock Hangtag or its locked metallic cord are cut or tampered with, the item is instantly ineligible for any exchange.
