1. Parties

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between RAEYA Hair ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a hair extension rental business operating in Clark County, Nevada, and the individual completing this reservation ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Rental Product

RAEYA Hair provides clip-in hair extensions for short-term rental purposes. All rental sets are the sole property of RAEYA Hair at all times. The Customer is granted a temporary, non-transferable license to use the rented extensions solely for personal use during the agreed rental period. The extensions may not be sub-rented, loaned, gifted, altered, cut, colored, chemically treated, or otherwise modified in any way.

3. Reservation & Booking Requirements

1. Reservations must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the Customer's event date. RAEYA Hair will make reasonable efforts to accommodate last-minute requests but does not guarantee availability outside of this window.
2. All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is processed and a confirmation email is received by the Customer.
3. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate event date, shipping address, and contact information at the time of booking. RAEYA Hair is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

4. Fees & Payment

1. Rental Fee: The rental fee is $150.00 USD per set, charged in full at the time of checkout.
2. Security Deposit Hold: A credit card authorization hold of $150.00 USD will be placed on the Customer's card at the time of checkout. This hold is not a charge and will be released within three (3) to five (5) business days of the extensions being received back by RAEYA Hair in satisfactory condition, as determined solely by RAEYA Hair.
3. Damage Fee: If extensions are returned in a damaged, altered, or unsatisfactory condition, the $150.00 security deposit hold will be captured and retained in full as a damage fee. No partial damage fees will be assessed — the full $150.00 will be retained.
4. Purchase Option: If the Customer wishes to keep the rented extensions rather than return them, RAEYA Hair may offer a discounted purchase rate at its sole discretion. The Customer must contact RAEYA Hair prior to the return deadline to inquire about this option.
5. All fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable once the rental period has commenced.

5. Rental Period & Return Policy

1. The rental period begins upon delivery of the extensions to the Customer's provided shipping address and ends upon receipt of the returned extensions by RAEYA Hair.
2. Extensions must be returned within three (3) days following the Customer's event date using the prepaid return mailer provided by RAEYA Hair. Failure to return extensions within this window results in late fee of $50 per day for continued use. Federal holidays do not count toward your return window. If your deadline falls on a federal holiday, your return is due the next business day.  Five or more days late: Full replacement cost of $300 charged to card on file
3. The Customer is responsible for packaging the extensions securely in the original packaging provided. RAEYA Hair is not responsible for extensions lost or damaged during return shipping if the Customer fails to use the provided prepaid mailer.
4. Extensions must be returned clean, free of excessive product buildup, and in the same condition as received, with the exception of normal wear from a single use.

6. Care & Styling Requirements

The Customer and their designated hairstylist are responsible for the proper care of the rented extensions during the rental period. The following requirements are mandatory:

1. Heat protectant product must be applied to the extensions prior to any heat styling.
2. Heat tools must not exceed 350 degrees Fahrenheit (350°F) when used on the extensions.
3. Extensions must not be colored, bleached, chemically treated, cut, or permanently altered in any way.
4. Extensions must not be wet-set, permed, or exposed to excessive moisture.
5. Failure to comply with these care requirements resulting in damage to the extensions will be considered willful damage and the security deposit will be retained in full.

It is the Customer's responsibility to communicate these care requirements to their hairstylist prior to the event. RAEYA Hair is not liable for damage caused by a third-party stylist.

7. Damage Assessment

Upon return of the extensions, RAEYA Hair will inspect the product within a reasonable timeframe. Damage includes but is not limited to: excessive shedding beyond normal single-use wear, matting, heat damage, product buildup that cannot be removed, cutting, coloring, chemical treatment, or any other alteration. RAEYA Hair's determination of damage is final. The Customer will be notified by email if the security deposit is to be retained.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the confirmed ship date may be eligible for a store credit at RAEYA Hair's sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
2. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the confirmed ship date are non-refundable.
3. RAEYA Hair reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability. In such cases, the Customer will receive a full refund of the rental fee.
4. The rental fee is non-refundable once the extensions have been shipped to the Customer.

9. Shipping & Delivery

1. RAEYA Hair will ship extensions to the address provided at checkout. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this address.
2. RAEYA Hair is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
3. Risk of loss or damage during outbound shipping is assumed by RAEYA Hair until delivery is confirmed. Risk of loss or damage during return shipping is assumed by the Customer until receipt is confirmed by RAEYA Hair.
4. The Customer must use the prepaid return mailer provided. Use of any other return method releases RAEYA Hair from responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

10. Hygiene & Health Disclaimer

The Customer acknowledges that rented extensions may have been used by prior customers and have been professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals. RAEYA Hair makes no warranties regarding allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or personal reactions to the extensions or any products used in their cleaning process. Use of the extensions is at the Customer's own risk. RAEYA Hair recommends that Customers with known sensitivities to hair products consult a medical professional prior to use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Nevada law, RAEYA Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the rental of extensions, including but not limited to hair damage, scalp irritation, allergic reactions, stylist error, event disruption, or shipping delays. RAEYA Hair's total liability to the Customer under this Agreement shall not exceed the total rental fee paid by the Customer.

12. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAEYA Hair and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the Customer's use of the rented extensions, breach of this Agreement, or the acts or omissions of the Customer's hairstylist or any third party involved in the styling of the extensions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between RAEYA Hair and the Customer with respect to the rental of extensions and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. RAEYA Hair reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall govern the Customer's rental.
